Quote & Engagement Letter
After your initial Meet & Greet, our accounting supervisor will prepare a customized quote for the services to be rendered based on your business's specific needs. This quote will be sent to you for review, and any questions or clarifications can be addressed at this stage. Once you have agreed upon the quote, you will receive an engagement letter via DocuSign, outlining the scope of services, terms, and conditions for your bookkeeping engagement with our firm.
Begin Bookkeeping Services
Once the engagement letter is signed, our team will assign you a dedicated bookkeeping expert. You will then receive an email from your bookkeeper, who will guide you through the process of setting up a secure portal. This portal will serve as a secure communication channel for exchanging financial documents and information, allowing for efficient and confidential collaboration between you and our team throughout the bookkeeping engagement.
